In the rapidly evolving realm of growth marketing, professionals are honing in on more sophisticated strategies, yet challenges persist, especially within digital domains. Despite the surge in attention toward SEO and social media marketing, the granularity and precision of lead generation remain inadequate, often resulting in lukewarm leads, delayed conversions, and inefficient lead nurturing processes. These inefficiencies not only escalate customer acquisition costs but also present significant hurdles in tracking and optimization, particularly for those in the professional services sector facing budgetary constraints, resource scarcity, and the pressures of performance metrics. At this event, we had the privilege of inviting Mr. Roy Chiu, former APAC Marketing Director at Hays and Founder of Heylows Consulting, as well as Mr. Gordon Tsu, CEO of ConsignIndex, to share cutting-edge insights and practical case studies. Additionally, 17 marketing professionals from various leading professional service companies in industries such as executive search, management consulting, legal, IT, fintech, and research consulting joined us. Together, we explored strategies to navigate the complexities of modern marketing, particularly within the nuanced context of the Chinese market.

Gordon Tsu introduced a groundbreaking performance marketing framework that integrates marketing technology solutions, WeChat private traffic management, influencer and IP partnerships, database marketing, and strategic consulting.

He delved into advanced methodologies of Lead Generation 4.0, emphasizing the transition from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Accepted Leads (SAL), and explored the intricacies of lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and routing within an integrated digital ecosystem.

Additionally, he showcased tangible results and strategic insights through a case study on a content syndication campaign.

Furthermore, he discussed the impact of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, in reshaping digital marketing strategies.

Roy着重强调了在不断发展的数字营销范式下,思维转变的必要性。他分析了中国独特的数字营销格局中存在的挑战和机遇,并提出了适应和成功的策略。此外,他讨论了新兴技术,特别是人工智能,在重塑数字营销策略方面的影响。
